Notes: The Empire is trying its hand again at oversea colonies. The original New Mehlville colony was wiped off the face of Micras by the devastating Atkins Plague. We hope to establish two new colonies on Eura in order to foster trade across the Raynor Sea with the Natopian mainland. The oil near Southport and the planned heavy industry of Empire City will make these colonies the industrial heart of Natopia, while keeping the homeland clean and green.

What are the points in Colonies apart from resources?
Testing military might against helpless natives- military strategical locations and places for ships and planes to refuel, claims on terretorial waters and airspace, and having an excuse to wear Pith Helmets.
