Female heads of state? Besides the Kaiseress, I know of no-one who is currently head of State, with the possible Exception of the Novay Zemlyan Girl. I believe she went on to Stormark, and also works in Landingberg, rather high up.

And since everyone is Annexing things.

I will Formally Annex the Word: Rediculous.

I also Annex the Chair that Pete is Sitting on.
