I don't think you have the necessary resources to expand - you've just regained control of your country, so I'd wait a bit.

In the EMP discussion, I rule in New Brittania's favour. The convoy is destroyed, as well as the road. The Nova English men nearby the convoy are all dead.

New Brittania is one of the main forces - diminishing their forces is stupid.
Lovely has not appeared on the map yet - their application has not yet been accepted and they thus are a single member.

Also, the 50% rule is quite logical - the other half of the army needs to be on the other planet.

You can't do that - creating an army and then giving control of it to someone else. The rule only applies to those that have been active in the war but can't be anymore.

Your application is accepted, but seeing you are not a single member of the MCS, you will get 40-50% of the total amount of forces. You also are not eligible to receive gold stars and extra factors won't be counted in your battles.

Stormark needs to apply first before it can post. You also need to wait I approve your participation and OOB.

They are allied with no one and attacking them is unethical.
