Transfer of Ownership

At the behest of several people, namely Vehendi, who wish to continue the MCS, I have agreed to transfer ownership of the domain and host to Vehendi. The administration of the MCS also falls to him. I retain the copyright, since I am not sure how to transfer it nor do I have the time. Vehendi and th...

Final Statement

This is a copy of the departing letter I posted to MNN. For purposes of notifying the remaining community, I am posting it here as well: I was originally simply going to delete the MCS and depart without a further word. However, I do have a very few people whom I hold respect for in this hobby, and ...

Would you mind shrinking it down a wee bit? In all fairness, East Natopia is about five times the size of some of the more recent claims for whole micronations, hence my hesitation.

I didn't say anything about that. Read the question more carefully. If Nova England has joined the CIS, then number one I need confirmation of that; number two I need to know if they want to stay way over on the east coast, or move closer to the CIS "central" group.

Generally speaking, we usually don't approve one-man-nations.

However...

Col has been around for some time now, and you seem to be persisting in keeping it going. So I will grant you approval with the clear understanding that if we deem your nation inactive, it will be removed.

Provided you accept the fact the the CIS claim is approved, I'll fit New Oscland in the remaining land in-between the CIS and Treithar and elongate the south proportionately. I think that's fair.

This claim precedes Oscar's claim, which means this claim takes precedence. I don't see any real problems with this, although I honestly haven't had time to check on the activity of the CIS' members, so if I find I'm being lied to I'll be irked, to put it lightly. Also the question of Nova England r...

Denied.

Sorry, but we do not allow the claiming of dead nations. Especially so without the assent of the people who established it, notably the government of Talamthom.

There's this little thing called vacation. Maybe you've heard of it? :P Ok, the annexation of Lavalon is all fine and kosher. Except you just shot yourself in the foot by taking on Xon and Aryeztur as citizens. You must be desperate. :P Now we come to East Natopia. Why the expansion? Usually such a ...

Before adding Schelswig, could you perhaps recruit someone to actually govern it first?

I don't have any real objections to the addition, but it seems pointless to add it when there's noone doing anything with it at the moment.

Actually, there are guides in the FAQ's I posted on the forum and listed on the website. It's Times New Roman, size 8 for cities, size 10 for territorial designations (provinces, etc) and size 14 for country names.

When I originally discussed this (and agreed on a plan of action) with Sep, both New-Empire and Nova England were going to give up their old claims for the new claim on the old Babkhan isle of Eura.

It is still slightly larger than the previous claim, and given the state of Norona, I would like to see it develop some consistency and coherence first.

The fact that you spell Norona two different ways on your forum doesn't exactly scream seriousness....

Your claim of having 15 citizens seems a bit large. Your forums don't seem to support even a small fraction of that kind of activity. I'll let you claim a bit of land the same size as your original claim, but in a different area, along the same (new) spot if you want. But really, we verify citizens ...

Completely randomise it.

If it elects an earthquake in the middle of the ocean we can determine the effects of that would be a tsunami in the immediate radius. And so on and so forth.

Regarding Updates

I notice there has been some concern over the map not being up-to-date. I apologise for this but as of late I have been extremely busy and Bill has recently deserted us. I am entering summer finals this week. As of this coming weekend I will do an update to the map. Then I will be going on vacation ...
