Andreas, nations can attempt to claim the same bit of land, it just depends on the council on who gets the land (eg. Passas/Bosworth)...

It is an interesting thing about this map that practically every nation has access to a coast line. Arguably, that's more unrealistic ... think of all the landlocked European nations ... but saying that, a few Micras nations have their "coastline" on a river/lake (like you mentioned elsew...

I still think the council do a damn good job, but I can also empathise with where these arguments are coming from.

Maybe some changes are needed, but that's not for me to say. Unless there's some kind of vote, then maybe I would get a say...
