Kalamansi Island is an island in the Gerenian autonomous republic of Gerenian South Keltia. It is located in the Eastern Ocean. The island occupies an area of 4,996 km2.

Kalamansi is a mountainous island. The central mountains include several peaks over 2,000 m in elevation. The highest is Mount Hestal (2,655 m) which is an active volcano. Mountains range from west to east. The eastern side of the mountains slopes more steeply to the sea.

Before the island was claimed by Gerenia, Kalamansi belonged to a number of nations in the past, the last one of them being Interland. After the disappearance of Interland, the island was left uninhabited. In January 2016, the island was re-discovered by Gerenian sailors, who named it Kalamansi after the fruit, present throughout the island. Soon after, thousands of people began settling. They founded the cities of Arel and Garnat, as well as a few villages.

Kalamansi and other neighbouring islands were claimed by Gerenia on 5 May 2016. The Gerenian flag was raised at Arel, which became the capital city of Kalamansi. Once the foundation of Gerenian South Keltia was formalised, Kalamansi and the nearby Navigator Islands formed the Kalamansi and Navigator district.
