Preamble
Chapter One (Basic Rights)
Article 1:Human rights
Article 2:Personal Freedoms
(1) Every person in the Florian Republic shall obtain the right to free advancement of his/her personality whilst he/she does not violate the rights of other citizens or offend the law.
(2) Every person shall obtain to the right to life and physical virtue. Freedom of the person will be sacrosanct. These rights may be obstructed with only following the law.
Article 3:Law Equality
(1) All persons in the Florian Republic shall be treated the same under the law.
(2) Both genders shall have the same equal rights as each other. The state shall now encourage the actual application of equal rights for both genders and will take actions towards eliminating current disadvantages.
(3) No person shall not be treated differently regardless of sex, parentage, race, language, homeland and origin, faith, or religious or political opinions. No disabled person shall be shunned.

(1)The entire school system shall be under the supervision of the state.

(1) The privacy of correspondence, posts and telecommunications shall be not broken.
(2) All media are legal apart from media promoting violence, drug abuse and extremism.
Article 11:Freedom of movement
(1) All Florians shall have the right to move freely throughout the territory of the nation.

(1) All persons in the Florian Republic must have stayed in the country for five years in order to gain citizenship.
(2) Citizenship may be lost only pursuant to a law, and against the will of the person affected only if he does not become stateless as a result.
